Depending on my insurance plan, an additional fee of up to $200 may apply. This amount is a hard cap and is not guaranteed to be covered by insurance.
If I decide not to move forward after my consultation, I may request a refund:
100% refund if requested up through my phone consultation, before the lab draw.
50% refund if requested after the lab draw (or after 14 business days of purchasing The Radiant Review with no phone consultation)
